Director/PDMR Shareholdings
Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR")
Marks Electrical Group plc ("Marks Electrical", "the Company" or "the Group"), a fast-growing online electrical retailer, today announces that Josh Egan, Chief Financial Officer of the Group, transferred 40,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Share") from his personal holdings into his Individual Savings Account ("ISA") and his Self-Invested Personal Pension ("SIPP") at a price of 70 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Transfer"). The Transfer was effected by the sale and immediate repurchase of the Ordinary Shares. Following the Transfer, Josh Egan's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at an aggregate of 142,000* Ordinary Shares.
* 2,000 ordinary shares are held by Mariam Egan.
