The Macau property market remains in a consolidation phase as gaming revenue growth continues to contract. First quarter revenues declined by 36.5% to US$8.1 billion versus the same period last year.

The Fund's portfolio value declined by 5.34% to US$518.3 million, 4.1% of which was attributable to an overall decline in asset values. The remaining 1.24% reflected the completed sales of nine units worth a combined US$7.2 million, in the Company's residential project The Fountainside.
