Director Shareholdings

The Board of Macau Property Opportunities Fund Limited received notification today that Sniper Investments Limited ("Sniper Investments") acquired on 3 December 2012, 880,897 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at 110.5p per Ordinary Share.

Tom Ashworth and Martin Tacon, directors of the Company's Manager, Sniper Capital Limited, (the "Principals") have a beneficial interest in Sniper Investments. Tom Ashworth is also a non-executive director of the Company. Sniper Investments is therefore a connected person of both of the Principals.

Following this acquisition, Sniper Investments has a direct beneficial interest, and the Principals have an indirect beneficial interest, in the Company of 6,690,397 Ordinary Shares, representing 7.00% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Board of the Company also received notification today that Chris Russell, a director of the Company, acquired on 3 December 2012, 88,089 Ordinary shares at 110.5p per Ordinary Share.

Following this acquisition, Mr Russell has a beneficial interest in the Company of 240,637 Ordinary shares, representing 0.25% of the issued share capital of the Company.
