Macau Property Opportunities Fund Limited

Director Shareholding

The Board of the Company received notification today that Chris Russell, a director of the Company, acquired on 4 December 2012, 11,911 Ordinary shares of US$0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at 112p per Ordinary Share.

Following this acquisition, Mr Russell has a beneficial interest in the Company of 252,548 Ordinary shares, representing 0.27% of the issued share capital of the Company.
