Macau Property Opportunities Fund Limited

(the "Company")

Director Shareholding

The Board of the Company received notification today that Tim Henderson, a director of the Company, acquired on 21 September 2009, 5,000 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at 93p per Ordinary Share.

Following this acquisition, Mr Henderson has a beneficial interest in the Company of 50,000 Ordinary shares, representing 0.05% of the issued share capital of the Company.
