Changes to Director Roles and Responsibilities
The Board of Macau Property Opportunities Fund Limited is pleased to announce that Mark Huntley has been appointed as Chairman of the Management Engagement Committee and as a member of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Audit & Risk Committee with effect from 20 February 2019.
The Board have also established a Disclosure & Communications Committee of which Mark Huntley will be the Chairman. The Terms of Reference will shortly be made available on the website.
