Notice of AGM

The Company announces that its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will be held at Lefebvre Place, Lefebvre Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey, at 2.30pm on 3 November 2011.

The Notice of AGM has been dispatched to all shareholders, together with a copy of the 2011 Annual Report. An electronic copy of the Notice of AGM and the 2011 Annual Report is also available on the Company's website http://www.mpofund.com/

A copy of the Notice, the Form of Proxy and the Annual Report will be filed at the National Storage Mechanism web-site at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
