Results of Annual General Meeting
The Company is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting held at 09.00 am on 22 December 2021, each of the Resolutions tabled were duly passed without amendment.

Special Resolution
7. To authorise the Company in accordance with Section 315 of The Companies (Guernsey) Law 2008 (the "Law") to make market purchases (as defined in Section 316 of the Law) either for retention as treasury shares, or cancellation, in line with the provisions stated in the Notice.

8. To extend the duration of the Company, in accordance with Article 38 of the Articles of Incorporation of the Company.

Continuation Vote
Following the successful vote in favour of Resolution 8, the Company will extend its duration in accordance with Article 38 of the Articles of Incorporation of the Company.
The Board continues towards the appointment of an additional independent director to replace Mr Wilfred Woo who retired at the AGM and will announce an appointment when the process has concluded. Following the approval of continuation of the Company as currently constituted, the Board will work with the Manager to reach agreement on a variation to the fees paid and will make a further announcement once agreed.
