Liquidating Share Class Distribution

The Directors of Marble Point Loan Financing Limited (the "Company") have announced a distribution to holders of the Company's Liquidating Shares created via redesignation of Ordinary Shares effective on the Conversion Date 1 January 2023 (such Liquidating Shares hereinafter referred to as the "2023 Liquidating Shares") of $0.0179 per 2023 Liquidating Share. The distribution will be payable to holders of the Company's 2023 Liquidating Shares as detailed below:
