Following this purchase John Fitzgerlad, together with his spouse, holds 1,271,211 ordinary shares representing 0.36% of the Company's issued share capital.

Mercantile Ports & Logistics Limited, which is operating and continuing to develop a port and logistics facility in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, announces that it has been notified that on 11 January 2024, John Fitzgerald, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 624,419 ordinary shares of nil par value each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1.5725 pence per Ordinary Share.
As a result, John Fitzgerald, together with his spouse, is now interested in a total of 1,271,211 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.36% of the Company's issued share capital.
