All Options were granted on 21 February 2005, are exercisable at a price of25.75 pence per share and vest and become exercisable in three equal tranches onand from each twelfth month anniversary of the date of grant on the attainmentof a market capitalisation of the Company of £60 million, £70 million and £80million respectively.
