The Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of Justin Hampshire, theCompany's Finance Director and agreed the basis of his departure from theCompany so that he may pursue non-competitive interests outside the business.We are grateful for the contribution Justin has made to the Company and we wishhim well for the future. John Harrison, FCA, was appointed a non-executive Director in March 2004 and hehas been progressively involved in a strategic and financial role within theCompany working closely with the executive management team. He was a partner ofDeloitte Consulting for a number of years and has, prior to joining Marchpole,acted as finance director to a quoted company.
