Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR")and persons closely associated with them
Motorpoint, the UK's largest independent vehicle retailer, hereby notifies the market that on 19 September 2019, the Company received notification from David Shelton, a non-executive director of Motorpoint, that via Shoby Investments Partnership he has sold his remaining 2,396,726 ordinary shares in the Company on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 210 pence per share. Numis agreed to waive the lock-up pursuant to the Placing which was announced on 6 September 2019.
The Notification of Dealing Form provided in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 in relation to the transaction listed above is set out below:
