Final Dividend Timetable

Motorpoint, the UK's largest independent vehicle retailer, is pleased to confirm that the FY17 final dividend of 2.90 pence per share recommended by the Board on 12 June 2017, will be paid on 1 September 2017 to those shareholders recorded on the register of members at close of business on 4 August 2017, subject to shareholder approval at Company's Annual General Meeting to be held on 26 July 2017.

Shareholders will once again have the option to elect to use this cash dividend to buy additional shares in Motorpoint through the Dividend Re-Investment Plan ("DRIP") via our Registrar, Capita Asset Services. The DRIP election deadline date is 8 August 2017.

The details of the DRIP will be explained in a circular to accompany our 2017 Annual Report and Accounts, which will be circulated to all shareholders on 28 June 2017.
