Baugur Group10 December 2007 Baugur Group hf Statement re Press Speculation Baugur Group hf ("Baugur") notes the recent press speculation regarding apossible offer for Moss Bros Group plc ("Moss Bros"). Baugur confirms it isconsidering its options in relation to its indirect interest in Moss Bros, whichmay include making an approach to the Board of Moss Bros regarding a possibleoffer.
