Mobile Streams plc ("Mobile Streams" or the "Company")

Mobile Streams plc ("Mobile Streams" or the "Company") updates the market on its expectations for the current financial year ending 30 June 2016. As a result of its investment in new products such as ad-funded services and in scaling new geographies such as India, as well as ongoing challenges in its core market of Argentina, the Company now expects its revenues will be lower, and its EBITDA loss and operating loss for the current financial year to be materially higher than its previous expectations.
The Company's current cash balance is £1.3m.
The Company anticipates releasing its full annual audited accounts and report for the year ended 30 June 2016 in late September or early October 2016.
