Mobile Streams plc11 January 2007 Mobile Streams Plc Director/PDMR Shareholding Mobile Streams Plc (the "Company") was today informed of the followingacquisitions of ordinary shares by directors in the Company. Simon Buckingham, Chief Executive Officer, has today purchased 250,000 ordinaryshares at a price of 40 pence per share. Mr Buckingham's resultant holding of18,257,500 shares represents 52.7 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinaryshare capital. Roger Parry, Chairman, has today purchased 75,000 ordinary shares at a price of40 pence per share. Mr Parry's resultant holding of 181,183 shares represents0.5 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. Ivan Donn, Non-Executive Director, has today purchased 20,000 ordinary shares ata price of 40 pence per share.
