Mobile Streams plc09 May 2007 9 May 2007 Mobile Streams plc (the "Company") Additional Listing Mobile Streams plc announces that application has been made for 206,756 ordinaryshares of 0.2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to tradingon the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange ("AIM"). The new Ordinary Shares are being issued to the vendors of Cyoshi Mobile GmbH ("Cyoshi"), the acquisition of which was announced on 20 April 2006, as the secondpart of the deferred consideration pursuant to the terms of the sale andpurchase agreement used to effect the acquisition. A further 620,268 shares aredue to be issued in April 2008. These shares rank pari passu with the Company'sexisting Ordinary Shares and dealings are expected to commence on 14 May 2007 onAIM.
