Hostmore plc (the "Company") announces that it has been notified of the following PDMR transactions:
Gavin Manson, Chairman, has notified the Company that on 29 September 2022 he acquired 180,558 ordinary shares of £0.20 each in the Company (each a "Share") for an aggregated price of £0.1640 each. Following the purchase, Gavin Manson holds 2,444,789 Shares.
The Notification of Dealing Form is set out below.
This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
