Grant of Sharesave Options and Notification of Transactions by PDMRs
Moonpig Group PLC (the Company) announces that it has made an invitation under its Sharesave Scheme (scheme) to all eligible employees. Options were granted over the Company's shares of £0.10 each at an option price of £3.02. Three-year savings contracts will commence on 1 October 2021 and the following Directors received an award under the Scheme.
