Directorate Change - Resignation of non-executive director
Moneysupermarket.com Group PLC ("Moneysupermarket") announces that, Genevieve Shore, Non-Executive Director and member of the Risk, Remuneration, Audit and Nomination Committees, will step down from the Board of Moneysupermarket with effect from 31 July 2019. Genevieve has decided to step down from several of her corporate non-executive positions in order to take her experience to not-for-profit organisations.
Robin Freestone, Chair, said:
"It has been a great pleasure to work with Genevieve who has served on the Board over the last five years. On behalf of Moneysupermarket, I would like to thank her for her valuable contribution.
