Moneysupermarket.com Group PLC (the "Company")

Additional Listing

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing Authority for a block listing of 800,000 ordinary shares of 0.02 pence each ("the New Ordinary Shares"), fully paid to trade on the London Stock Exchange and be admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List. These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.

The New Ordinary Shares will be issued from time to time pursuant to the Company's obligations under the Moneysupermarket.com Group PLC Long Term Incentive Plan and Moneysupermarket.com Group PLC Restricted Share Plan.

Admission of the New Ordinary Shares is expected to take place on Monday 16 October 2023.

This notification is provided in accordance with paragraph 3.3.5R of the Listing Rules.
