Director dealings

Monitise plc announces that it received notification on 31 October 2011 that, on that day, Sushovan Hussain, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 268,400 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 37.25p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr Hussain is beneficially interested in 368,400 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.05 per cent. of the total issued share capital of the Company.
