Monitise plc (LSE: MONI) announces that it was notified that on 4 April 2014, Victor Dahir, Visa Inc.'s nominated non-executive director on the Monitise board, purchased 60,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 74.9p per ordinary share.
Following the transaction, Victor Dahir is beneficially interested in 60,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.003 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
