Blocklisting Application
Monitise plc (the "Company") announces that it has made a blocklisting application to the London Stock Exchange for up to 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"). These Ordinary Shares will be available to be issued to facilitate share based payments to external consultants. Following this application up to 2,110,470 Ordinary Shares will be available to be issued under this block listing. It is expected that the blocklisting will become effective on 21 April 2011. When issued, these shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.
