Monitise PLC24 April 2008 Monitise plc ("Monitise" or "the Company") Application for Block Listing 24 April 2008 Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for a block listingtotalling 5,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company. These shareswill be allotted and issued in due course upon the exercise of options pursuantto the Company's obligations under the Monitise Rollover Plan. The MonitiseRollover Plan was approved by shareholders at the time of the Company'sdemerger from Morse plc in June 2007.
