Refurbishment Contracts Win

The Directors are pleased to announce that the Group subsidiary, Mountfield Building Group Limited ("MBG") has been instructed by the refurbishment main contractor sq.m2 Limited on three contracts with a value to MBG totalling approximately £1m. All of the contracts are due to be completed this year.

The contracts involve refurbishment work on commercial premises in Chad Street, London WC1, on new offices premises in Wimpole Street London W1 and on retail premises in New Bond Street, London W1.

Graham Read, Chief Executive Officer, commented:

"These contract wins are pleasing as they provide further evidence of the return of activity in the commercial refurbishment market and also because they have been awarded to us by sq.m2 Limited with whom we had worked successfully in previous years."
