Notification of Board Changes

Information disclosed in accordance with Listing Rule 6.4.6R

As The Monks Investment Trust PLC (the 'Company') previously announced on 3 September 2024, Karl Sternberg intends to retire from the Board at the conclusion of the Company's next Annual General Meeting ('AGM').

In accordance with Listing Rule 6.4.6R, the Board announces that Karl will be replaced in his roles as Chair of the Board, Nomination Committee and Management Engagement Committee by Randeep Grewal following the conclusion of the AGM currently scheduled to be held on 9 September 2025.

The Company also announced on 9 January 2025 the resignation of Dr Dina Chaya as a non-executive Director of the Company, with effect from 31 January 2025, as a consequence of time commitments arising from her executive role. The Company will therefore immediately commence the recruitment process for an additional Non-Executive Director with the intention of appointing a new Director within a timeframe that will allow their appointment to be subject to shareholder approval at the 2025 AGM.

There is no further information to be disclosed in respect of paragraph 6.4.6 of the Listing Rules.
