Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company has been notified that on 17 November 2015, Mark Raban, CFO, acquired 5,798 ordinary shares of 64p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in the name of his wife Paula Raban at a price of 175p per Ordinary Share. Following the purchase of these 5,798 Ordinary Shares, Mr Raban has an interest in 39,355 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.05 percent of the Company's issued share capital.
