Directorate Changes

Management Consulting Group PLC ("MCG" or "the Group"), the international professional services group, announces a number of directorate changes taking place on 18 December 2015.

As previously announced, Chiheb Mahjoub is stepping down as an Executive Director of MCG following the announcement of the disposal of certain operations of Kurt Salmon. Chiheb has served on the Board since November 2009 and will be leaving the Group.

Andrew Simon is stepping down as a Non-Executive Director having served on the Board since March 2006. MCG has appointed Nigel Halkes, a former Managing Partner of Ernst and Young, UK & Ireland, to replace Andrew as an independent Non-Executive Director.

In addition, Alan Barber will continue in the role of Chairman of MCG at least until the 2016 Annual General Meeting.

Alan Barber, Chairman of MCG, commented:

"I would like to thank Chiheb and Andrew for their considerable contributions to the Group. Chiheb has served the business for over 20 years, the last six of which he has been an Executive Director of MCG. Andrew has been a Non-Executive Director for over nine years. They have been valued colleagues and we wish them well for the future.

I am delighted to welcome Nigel Halkes to the Board as an independent Non-Executive Director. Nigel is a former Managing Partner of Ernst and Young, UK & Ireland who has considerable corporate advisory experience, acting as a global client service partner for a number of large listed clients. In his leadership role at EY, Nigel was responsible for growth strategy, major accounts and the business development function. He is a Non-Executive Director of Hargreaves Services plc.

As to my own role, the Board has asked me to continue as Chairman of MCG which I am pleased to do."
