The Proudfoot Consulting business has made very good progress in all geographicregions. The slow start to the year in Parson North America has continued asSarbanes Oxley related work has been completed and the transition to otherservices continues. Our strategy of expanding the Parson offering andgeographies beyond the US has limited the impact of this softening in the USmarket. We anticipate that similar trading conditions will prevail for the remainder ofthe first half and that accordingly group revenue for the half year will besignificantly ahead of the same period last year.
