Director Declaration

Further to the Company's announcement on 23 October, the additional disclosure required under Listing Rule 9.6.13 in relation to the appointment of Mr. Nicholas Stagg as a director of the Company is set out below:

Mr. Stagg was a non executive director of Inventive Leisure plc, a formerly quoted company, until January 2006 when it was acquired and subsequently delisted.

Mr Stagg was a director of the following companies which were dissolved following creditors' voluntary liquidations as part of the administration of the British & Commonwealth Holdings PLC group:

Mr. Stagg was appointed as a director of Teathers Limited in 2001, a company which has entered into liquidation as part of the winding up procedure of Landsbanki Islands hf., entered into in 2008. In the future, certain other subsidiaries of the Teather & Greenwood group, of which Mr.Stagg was a director, may also enter into liquidation as part of the winding up procedure.
