Directorate Changes

Management Consulting Group PLC (the "Group"), the international management consulting group, today announces the following directorate changes.

Craig Smith, Group Finance Director since April 2007, will be leaving the board and the Group on 31 October 2010. He will be succeeded by Christopher Povey, currently the Group's Head of Corporate Finance, who will be appointed to the board on that date.

Chris Povey joined the Group in April 2005. Before this he had a 20 year career at KPMG LLP where, following training and qualifying as a chartered accountant in 1987, he joined the unit providing transaction support services to clients and was appointed a director in 1999.

Alan Barber, Executive Chairman of Management Consulting Group, said: "The Board is grateful to Craig for his important contribution over the past three years and we wish him well in his future career. We are delighted to appoint Chris to the role, he knows both the operations and financing of the Group and is thus well placed to contribute to the board."

Mr Povey is beneficially interested in 32,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.01% of the issued share capital of the Company. An announcement will be made in due course of any further disclosures required under Rule 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules.
