For the purposes ofΒ theΒ transitional provisions of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure andΒ TransparencyΒ Rules, the total number of ordinary shares ofΒ 10pΒ each in the capital of the Company in issue as at the date of this notice isΒ 44,198,781Β with each share carrying the right to one vote.
There areΒ noΒ shares held in treasury.
Therefore, theΒ total number of voting rightsΒ in the CompanyΒ isΒ 44,198,781.

The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
