Issue of shares

The Company announces that it has issued 28,441 new ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as consideration for the acquisition by the Company on 9 March 2009 of the outstanding balance of 7,500 shares in Brainbox Limited ("Brainbox"), which represents 5.0 per cent. of Brainbox's issued share capital, that are not already held by the Company and its wholly-owned subsidiaries (the "Group"). Brainbox is now wholly owned by the Group.

Application has been made for 28,441 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 30 March, 2009. Following admission, the Company will have 26,792,146 shares in issue.
