Elias Eliades (aged 59), who qualified as a lawyer in Cyprus, has extensiveexperience in the Cypriot civil service and government. Mr Eliades is currentlythe chairman of Pafilia Group, a property development company in Pafos, Cyprus.Prior to joining Pafilia Group in 1988, Mr Eliades was the Minister of Defensein Cyprus and, for three years, the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs.
