The following information is given subsequent to the announcement made on 10 January 2018 of the Board's decision to appoint Humphrey Singer as Chief Finance Officer of Marks and Spencer Group plc with effect from a date to be confirmed.
In accordance with paragraph 9.6.13(1) of the Listing Rules, Humphrey has confirmed that he is or was a director of the following companies:

Dixons Retail plc (not current)
Taylor Wimpey plc (current)
