Marks & Spencer confirms start date of Managing Director

for Clothing, Home & Beauty

Further to the announcement made on 3rd May 2017, and in accordance with paragraph 9.6.12 of the Listing Rules, Marks and Spencer Group plc today confirms that Jill McDonald will take up the new position of Managing Director, Clothing, Home & Beauty on 2nd October 2017.

As previously announced, CEO Steve Rowe, will relinquish his Clothing, Home & Beauty accountabilities to Jill on her arrival, and CFO Helen Weir, will hand over responsibility for the Clothing, Home & Beauty Supply Chain & Logistics.
