Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 3 April 2019, it purchased a total of 938,401 of the Company's own ordinary shares at a price of 61.9327 pence per share for cancellation.
Following this purchase there are now 105,927,467 ordinary shares of 1 penny in issue.
