("Mirriad" or the "Company")
Mirriad, the computer vision, technology and AI platform company announces that it has today, on 22 December 2020, issued and allotted 410,000 new ordinary shares of £ 0.00001 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as a result of the vesting and subsequent exercise of share options previously granted to three employees under the Company's long-term incentive plan ("LTIP"), as stated below:
Simon Redding, Head of Engineering:
1. Exercise of options over 133,333 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 19.5p per share
2. Sale of 133,333 Ordinary Shares in the Company at an average price of 43.58p per share
Phil McLauchlan, Chief Scientist:
1. Exercise of options over 166,667 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 19.5p per share
2. Sale of 74,890 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 43.58p per share
Niteen Prajapati, Chief Technology Officer:
1. Exercise of options over 110,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 6.25p per share
2. Sale of 110,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at an average price of 43.58p per share
Application will be made shortly to the London Stock Exchange for admission of the new Ordinary Shares to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange, which expected to occur on or around 22 December 2020 ("Admission").
Following Admission, the total issued share capital of the Company will be 278,991,891 Ordinary Shares. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
