Yoomedia PLC03 October 2006 YooMedia plc (the 'Company' or 'YooMedia') Additional Listing The Company was notified on 28 September 2006 that Platinum Partners ValueArbitrage Fund LP ('Platinum') have served a Loan Notice for the exercise of3,571,428 ordinary shares at 1.68p per share. This loan notice also contained arequest for a further 21,877 ordinary shares relating to currency fluctuationsrelating to the exercise notice served on 8 September 2006. The service of theLoan Notice was in accordance with the terms of the Convertible Note announcedon 11 May 2006. In addition, Highbridge International LLC ('Highbridge') has also served a loannotice, in accordance with the terms of the Convertible Note announced on 11 May2006, for the exercise of 3,571,428 ordinary shares at 1.68p per share. Application will be made for 7,164,733 ordinary shares to be admitted to AIM anddealings are expected to commence on 9 October 2006.
