Yoomedia PLC03 May 2007 YooMedia plc (the 'Company' or 'YooMedia') Additional Listing The Company was notified on 5 May 2007 that Platinum Partners Value ArbitrageFund LP ('Platinum') have served a Loan Notice for the exercise of 25,000,000ordinary shares at 1p per share. The service of the Loan Notice was inaccordance with the terms of the Convertible Note announced on 11 May 2006. In addition, Highbridge International LLC ('Highbridge') has also served a loannotice, in accordance with the terms of the Convertible Note announced on 11 May2006, for the exercise of 25,000,000 ordinary shares at 1p per share. These 50,000,000 ordinary shares have been placed with various institutions, therefore, Platinum's and Highbridge's respective shareholdings in the Company remain below 3%. Application will be made for 50,000,000 ordinary shares to be admitted to AIMand dealings are expected to commence on 9 May 2007. Upon admission of the50,000,000 ordinary share the total number of ordinary shares in issue andtherefore the number of voting rights will be 814,742,053.
