Total Voting Rights

In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Board of Minoan Group Plc confirms that as at 30 November 2012 the Company's issued share capital is 150,833,095 ordinary shares of 1p each and 54,148,031 deferred shares of 24p each. No ordinary shares or deferred shares are held in treasury. The deferred shares carry no voting rights and, therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 150,833,095.

The above figures may be used by shareholders in determining whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Minoan under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
