In accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company advises that its issued share capital comprises 245,374,791 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each. The voting rights of all these shares are identical with each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company holds no ordinary shares in Treasury.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in Meikles Limited under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
