Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on 24 December 2014 the Boardapproved an interim dividend number 77 for the half year ended 30 September2014 of 2 (two) US cents per share, amounting to US$5 075 866.02. Thisannouncement follows the intention set out in the Chairman’s Report for thehalf year to September 2014, which was released to shareholders on 3 December2014.
