The Board of Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT plc announces that the unaudited NAV per share of the Company as at 31 December 2022 was 80.05 pence per Ordinary share.
In relation to the offer for new shares pursuant to the prospectus dated 5 October 2022, the Company intends to make a final allotment of shares on or around 6 February 2023, in accordance with the prospectus, at this latest published NAV per share.
