INTERIM RESULTS FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 30 JUNE 2023

Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT plc ("the Company") is pleased to announce its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2023.

As at 30 June 2023:

Net assets: £84.23 million

Net asset value ("NAV") per share: 76.19 pence

Financial Highlights

Results for the six months ended 30 June 2023

· There was a positive Net Asset Value ("NAV") total return1 per share of 1.4%.

· The Board declared an interim dividend in respect of the current year of 5.00 pence per share, which was paid to Shareholders on 26 May 2023. Payment of this dividend increased cumulative dividends paid1 since inception in 1999 to 158.20 pence per share.

· The Company made three new investments totalling £1.21 million during the period and invested £1.25 million in two new and two follow on investments after the period end.

· Net unrealised gains of £1.12 million in the period.

· The Company generated cash proceeds of £2.14 million and net realised gains of £0.32 million in the period.
