Joint Announcement of Linked Top Up Offers
The Boards of Directors of the Companies are pleased to announce the launch of linked top up offers of new ordinary shares to raise up to £6.1 million in the Companies (the "Offers"). The new ordinary shares will be issued at prices reflecting the most recently published net asset values of the existing ordinary shares immediately prior to the Offers.
The Offers in respect of the 2009/10 tax year will close on 5 April 2010 and in respect of the 2010/11 tax year on 30 April 2010. Due to the Easter holiday, postal applications in respect of the 2009/10 tax year must arrive by 1 April 2010.

Copies of the Offer Document have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
