Support for Ukraine

MHP SE, the parent company of the international food and agricultural group with headquarters and principal operations in Ukraine would like to respond to stakeholder questions on how to assist and support Ukraine and the Ukrainian population in such difficult time.

There are several ways.

1. Support to Ukraine's Armed Forces

How can I donate funds specifically to support Ukraine's armed forces?

If you would like to make a donation that you know goes direct to Ukraine's armed forces, the National Bank of Ukraine has opened a special fundraising account that accepts USD, EUR and GBP. 2. Donate to "MHP-Gromadi" ("MHP to Community") Foundation.

MHP runs a Charitable Foundation called "MHP-Gromadi" (established in 2016). Its original purpose was to develop the social capital and critical infrastructure in the towns and villages of Ukraine. Today, in response to the national crisis, MHP-Gromadi is helping Ukrainians (citizens and Army) in urgent need providing humanitarian aid (mainly food). 

You have the opportunity to donate to MHP-Gromadi, enabling it to continue its work in supporting Ukrainian Army and rescuing innocent Ukrainian citizens who are fighting and laying down their lives for Europe's and the world's democratic values.

How will my donation help the people of Ukraine?

Your donation to the Foundation will help support those who need it most:

• The hungry. Innocent people who find themselves in combat hot spots and are facing a critical food shortage;

• The sick and the weak. Hospitals, maternity hospitals, orphanages and nursing homes; and

• The armed forces. Army, police and territorial defence operating in the hottest spots.

Your donation to the Foundation will also help in two other critical ways:

• Protection. Setting up bomb shelters for people at risk of artillery shelling and air strikes; and

• Refugees. Providing essentials for refugees including household items and medicines to help keep themselves clean and free of disease.

What is the "MHP-Gromadi" Charitable Foundation doing to help Ukrainians now?

Since 24 February, the Foundation has spent over US$6 million (equivalent) on goods and medicine to support the innocent people unwittingly involved in this catastrophic war. Your donation will enable this good work to continue.
