Director's Dealing: Data Correction

MHP S.A. (LSE: MHPC) ("MHP" or "The Company") following the announcement made on 26 July 2012 would like to make a data correction with regard to Mr. Philippe Lamarche, Non-Executive Director, share purchase on that day.

Current beneficial interest of Mr. Philippe Lamarche constitutes 5,000 GDRs:

a) 1,200 shares, bought on 07 February 2012 at US$13.37;

b) 800 shares, bought on 28 February 2012 at US$14.22;

c) 3,000 shares, bought on 26 July 2012 at US$12.15.

His interest represents 0.005% of the total outstanding GDR-share capital of the Company.
